Fees & Costs

The fee for an assessment is determined by exactly what procedures are needed to gain full insight into the patient's profile. Fees for a full assessment start at $350.00. This includes the time spent on intake, the time spent evaluating the patient, a written report sent via email and consultation with the family. Checks are accepted, as well as credit cards and HSA cards during telepractice sessions. A small convenience fee is added to all credit card and HSA card payments, per Stripe and Merchant bank requirements. Fees are the same regardless of whether the service is provided in person or via telepractice.

Therapy fees start at $130.00 and increase depending on how many functions are treated per session.
